By participating in the SaBiPays fundraising campaign, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Your country of origin or residence has no legal restrictions against participating in crowdfunding or equity-based fundraising activities.
• You are not a citizen, resident, or national of a country subject to comprehensive international sanctions.
• You are not on any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, United States, European Union, or any other relevant authority.

Participation is prohibited for residents or nationals of countries subject to comprehensive sanctions, including but not limited to:

• North Korea (DPRK)
• Iran
• Syria
• Cuba
• Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions
• Any other jurisdiction where such participation is prohibited by law

This list is not exhaustive. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

• Each $1 USD contribution entitles you to a share certificate representing 0.00001% of the 10% allocation reserved for contributors.
• Share certificates are issued digitally and can be verified using the unique hash ID.
• Certificates are non-transferable and for promotional purposes only unless otherwise specified.
• SaBiPays reserves the right to modify the terms of the share allocation program.

• All contributions are processed through our secure payment partners.
• Contributions are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Currency conversion rates are applied at the time of transaction for non-USD payments.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider or bank.
